In-person interview after emailing resume. Sat in a lobby with others to interview, which wasn't too stressful all things considered. The interview is pretty easy if you have any EFL experience.

They will ask you some basic questions about your teaching experience and check your qualifications match up with your CV. Then they will give you a quick demo of their platform.
30 minutes phone call screening then in person interview with a panel. Friendly and encouraging interviewers. Overall the process took about 2 weeks from when I applied to when I had my final interview

So easy it was more like a sales pitch. Be prepared to talk about experience with children. It was over zoom, so have good internet.
