I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at EF (Education First) in Apr 2017
Interview
The interview took roughly a week. I applied and was contacted the next day to arrange a skype interview. I was interviewed by a recruiter based in Manchester who was very nice and although I started off very nervous, his calming and friendly attitude eased my nerves.
After doing the skype interview I was told that I would be contacted the next day to be told whether I had gotten the job or not. I was emailed the next day saying I got the job and to make arrangements to begin the visa process!
They asked confusing questions with no real context behind it. I think they should given more scenario based questions for this type of job interview. It just felt very awkward and chaotic.

Interview
The interview was in the form of an online interview for international teachers. The recruiter asks mostly scenario or situational questions about previous work experiences e.g. tell me about a time...
