Was invited to Stockholm for first round interviews with both HR and finance employees. Questions were based mostly around soft values, career goals etc. Second stage took part 2 weeks later during an assessment day with more senior staff from different branches of the company and included group cases, IQ test, in depth-interviews with a more technical approach.
