Interview
For a position such as a financial analyst you would think there would be a challenging interview. However, I wasn't even interviewed and I was offered the position. It seemed like they just wanted to fill the position right away which made no sense but it just shows how badly managed this company is and the how manager there has no idea how to do his job or what he is doing at all.

Great process, interviewed with 3 different people and all very friendly and open. Started with online video int. Then 1st interview, then case and numerical assessment, finally 3rd finishing interview
