Interview
I applied online and received a response within two days. First was a phone interview that only lasted about 11 minutes and was fairly easy. After the phone interview I was invited to the office for an interview with the Assistant manager and her colleague who were awesome. After successfully making it through the second round I was again invited for a third and final interview with the Director and the the Manager. The manager was great but the Director seemed like she wanted to get it over with. All these interviews were a week apart. So be ready to go through a month of interviews and waiting. Also, if you make it to the third interview they show you around the building making you think you got the job but that was not the case for me. I couldn't help but notice the overwhelming lack of diversity in that company. After walking through 3 of the 10 floor building I only saw one asian and two black people.

Interview
Spoke with three different managers for 30 minutes each. It was exciting to view the office but the questions were definitely difficult. The questions were fairly rapid fire and got incresaingly more difficult.
