The interview is simple. There will be a demo lesson. You only need to do the introduction of the demo lesson. The main thing is to friendly and relaxed during the interview. You need to show them that you can you can relate to your students. They will ask you about your work experience and any other past experience. Also they will ask you a series of quick questions to see how well you can answer questions in a limited amount of time.
The interview was okay, The lady was really nice. But unfortunately I did not get an offer. The interview took about 20 minutes. She wanted to know about my experience and teaching philosophy.

Interview
Easiest interview I've had, they talked more as if I already had the job. Asking questions like where in china did I want to be. Don't stress, just be relaxed and talk about why you want to teach and why you want to live in china.
