- Followed by numerical assessment
- HR interview with motivations/why EF
- Final round was meeting representatives of offices
First an online Pre recorded video interview (three quick questions)
Second an online Test with about 20 questions (graphs and numbers)
Third an Online Interview (Very relaxed)
Fourth an Assesment day (Pitch, Interview, Case)

Interview
A lot of interviews and finally a meeting at their Stockholm office. Also online tests to qualify for the in-person interviews. The online test wasn’t really relevant to the position, but it was used as a way to sort out candidates
