I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at EF (Education First)
Interview
I sent in an application and got an interview within a week. Did one interview with 3 interviewers at a coffee shop. Was a very relaxed environment with really nice positive people that are passionate about their job. The position was not what I was looking for/expecting, so I rejected the offer.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EF (Education First) (Londres, Inglaterra) in Oct 2015
Interview
The process took around 2 weeks. 1st: Skype Interview with the Recruiment Manager, very easy going chat about my background and the role. 2nd: Face-to.face interview with a member of the team, more in delail questions about my background and achievements. 3rd: Writing trial and face-to-face interview with the hiring manager, technical questions and some about my thoughts. The 3 interviews were quick and easy going and overall I felt very valued.
I applied through college or university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at EF (Education First) in Oct 2014
Interview
Applied through my college. The guy who was interviewing us seemed to purposefully put on a serious and demeaning front to stress applicants out. He asked interesting questions like how would you describe the manufacturing process of a favorite brand of candy, but also dumb questions like why are manholes circular and not square.

Question 1
Why are manholes in the shape of a circle and not another shape?
