EF (Education First) Customer Service Representative interview questions

The process starts with your typical phone screening. If both you and the recruiter are satisfied, you move on to a zoom interview. I ended up having 2 zoom interviews back to back (which I appreciate because you don't have to wait as long). After those interviews, I met with the head of the department and a tour consultant that had been with the company for a few years. Overall, this process probably lasted about a month.

3 interviews. First interview is a call with an internal recruiter. Asks standard interview questions. One question I recall was "Describe a time where you successfully made a sale" or something along those lines.
