EF (Education First) Activity Leader interview questions

It was incredibly easy, relaxed, and fun. They'll fact check a few things like your name, right to work, and so on. And then the basic questions like "Tell me about yourself", and scenario based questions like "What would you do if a child is feeling homesick?" and "The coach is late and there are 30 students waiting outside. What would you do?". But a majority of the interview was them explaining how the company and the role works. I've done several roles and interviews with them and all of the interviews have been super chill. Good luck!

Easy, practical and straightforward. The person who interviewed me was very professional and friendly. I felt welcomed and not awkward. The place is in a good location in downtown Vancouver.
