Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback and I’m sorry to hear about your interview process. We are taking your feedback seriously and the experience you described does not at all align with our values, nor is it an acceptable candidate experience at Duo. Cutting a call that short is something we would never accept as we want to not only inform candidates about the opportunities we have, but also learn in depth more about the people that are expressing interest in Duo. We hold our team to higher standards than that and it will definitely be something we follow up on. We genuinely take candidate experience to heart here at Duo and expect everyone to be treated fairly and with respect.
