Apply on any platform for position. After registration complete phone call interview minimum 15 minutes talk. Agency liked you and they represent to DOW hiring team. Then interview with DOW Hiring management, could be second and third interview with adding more team leaders to it. Interviews are long around 45 minutes aim is to get to know you and if you would be capable to handle the job when is under pressure.
