Obtained an interview through the university recruiting, there was an online portal to connect with Dow through university career services. Attended an evening information session about the company after selection for an interview. It was a 45 minute interview consisting many of behavioral questions. I was given 5 minutes at the beginning to succinctly describe my research (I brought along 1 slide for a visual) and this was supposed to be more general and easy to understand. They asked me a couple questions about my work and then started with the behavioral sections, asking about specific instances I'd encountered in my previous work, strengths, difficulties, coworker interactions etc.

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Dow (Midland, MI) in Nov 2017
Interview
From the initial interview to the second interview it was about a two month process. All questions were behavioral questions and nothing was too difficult to answer. The people interviewing you are all very kind and easy to talk too and want to get to know you as a person. For the second interview you fly to their headquarters and its essentially a big info session as to why you should work for Dow. This was all done through campus recruiting for their rotational program.
