Firstly I attended an indoor day at the site in Terneuzen. Afterwards, I initiated the interview process by sending CV + CL. This was followed up by HR phone call and afterwards an interview with Department head + Mentor

Interview
Connected with Dow at a college career fair, gave them resume and was asked to interview a few days later. 2 people came to campus a week later to conduct interviews.

3. Think of a time where you were able to remain calm and positive when experiencing and unexpected challenge, what actions did you take to keep yourself and your teammates focused?
4. Can you think about a time where you felt anxious or upset about a particular situation and how you were able to stay product and focused on the task at hand?
5. What do you think would set you apart rom other candidates?

Interview
Interview process was pretty average. General behavioral questions that would expect then some that may ask about a time you interpreted data or developed a tool. I applied through my university and was quickly contacted about an interview. After the interview I received a call from the recruiter after about a day that I had gotten the job. The hiring team and recruiters were great and very helpful throughout the process.
