Interview
The interview process was extremely formal. I was interviewed by three people (hiring manager and two maintenance engineers). The interview was behavior based questions broken up into sections. I think there was a total of 10 questions total.

Tell me about a time when someone was doing something not safe. What actions did you take?
Two interviews. Questions were mostly situational, want you to speak on experience. There were 4 people for the first interview, the second interview was more of a meet and greet with the manager. Easy second interview you're more just talking.

Tell me about a time you made a mistake and had to adapt
Just behavioral type questions, but mine was on campus recruiting so might include technical ones for other more traditional interviews. Was very relaxed and casual, interviewers were easy to talk to and answer back.
Was a fairly simple interview compared to others. The entire process felt more like a conversation than an interview, and we went well over the time after talking about ourselves, qualifications, and any other skills/questions.
