Interview
The interview was half an hour long, one on one conducted on campus. The intern process at DOW was explained in details as well as the job portfolio of the interviewer was also shared at the end of the interview.

1. Tell me about this research project you have been working on.
2. Do you want to continue working in similar fields as your research area or are you flexible enough ?
Straightforward questions about yourself and competence. They also ask about your education and how your internship will benefit you. At the end, they'll ask if you have any questions for them
It involved an series of interviews and then was called for assessment centre. Involved a lot of generic basic questions and then eventually moved onto questions that were related to the role.

Interview
The interview process was quite smooth. Majority of the questions in the interview were more so on the behavioral aspect. Nothing too surprising either, it is a great experience overall.
