Applied in career fair. Received an on-campus interview after a week. Talk about research and some standard behavior question. No unexpected question.

Routine annual on-campus recruitment. Two R&D manager interviewed me. The half of the interview focuses on specific technology. The other half of time is about regular behavior questions. The interviewers are very nice. Not sure whether I will get an on-site chance.
