the interview started with a phone screen which lasted for 45 minutes, the interviewer asked some technical questions and a couple of behavior questions. the 1:1 interview was 1 hour long, mostly covering
the technical questions followed by question time. I guess I didn't do a good job to prepare so many questions and not answered in a fluent way.

Had an interview at a conference, mostly behavioral questions ("tell us about a time you worked with a team" etc) and they asked a little about my knowledge of Dow/explained. Interviewers were friendly and willing to answer many questions about their experiences with the company.

Got called in at my school and had a really nice interview 2 people. We sat down and they asked me about my personality. We talked for about half an hour about previous jobs.

I applied online for this position and received an email about a month later. We scheduled an interview which had pretty basic questions and lasted about an hour. After this I got an email a week later which said I was accepted into the program.
