The same day I applied for the position, I was notified via email for a phone interview. A few days later the recruiting team contacted me for a 20 minute interview. Some of the questions were centered around my previous positions and administrative skill set. Within a week after the phone interview, I was notified via email from the hiring manager that I was selected for a formal interview. The interview took place two weeks later. It was a panel style discussion but the experience was very comfortable and informative.
