Have to apply online. First time I submited cv got no call back. Made some minor tweaks months later and got the job...go figure. Saliva test and background after hiring. Had group interview first then hr iinterview. Overall easy mostly just conversational questions and experience required.

very nice woman in human resources interviewed me in person after a short phone interview. she was impressed with my extensive security experience in the nightclub field, but wanted to know how this would translate into a hotel environment. i simply referred to my extensive customer service background and ability to reason with people.
