1:1 in the bar area of the hotel with Front of House Manager, relaxed but formal. Talked through CV and reasons for applying as well as availability for shifts as the position was on a zero hours contract.

Apply with CV, and then go into the hotel for a short in person interview with the manager who will ask you questions to get to know you. Then wait for them to get back to you with an update.

Interview
I had an in-person interview they were friendly and made me feel at ease. The questions were about hospitality and situations encountered. I have not heard back from them yet whether I got the job.
The interview went very well, it was more like a talk with a friend than an interview. They sent me an email about my application and then I came there to meet them.
