Dollar General Store Manager interview questions

My interviewer was not very organized. Did not respond to phone calls that she had asked me to make to was not working her???? Then when she did she indicated she was not working but was returning my call anyway??? Set up a phone interview in with easy questions but we did not have a positive connection due to all the run-around that led up to this. I found thw whole situation completely un-professional.
