Dollar General interview questions

The manager that interviewed me was nice, Interview went fairly quickly as i was going to be trained to work at the new store within the area. Fellow co-workers were nice as well so far.

Was less then 5 mins Was asked if I have open availability. Said okay and then I got the position. We walked the sales floor, walked the back room. Then the conversation went to the coworkers I would be over and their attendance issues, home/work personal information. Was informed about drama that had nothing to do with the job position itself.
