Interview
Applied online for a new store, around 1930L and got a phone call the next day at 0830L. Interviewer seemed a bit down on me because I was prior military- wanted to make it very clear I couldn't 'sit in an office and just tell people what to do all day'. Clearly not an enlisted veteran interviewing me, ha ha. . I took the online test (I had taken it previously for store where they hired internally) and I'm awaiting her call back. I was a bit concerned because she explained that she was going out of town and the DM would be in town next week, and the store was opening 'soon' and she was in a hurry to line up some applicants becasue she had waited so long. Doesn't sound very positive. Why do I have to take a test that indicates how proactive I'll be if you just told me you aren't?

Interview
My interviewer was not very organized. Did not respond to phone calls that she had asked me to make to was not working her???? Then when she did she indicated she was not working but was returning my call
anyway??? Set up a phone interview in with easy questions but we did not have a positive connection due to all the run-around that led up to this. I found thw whole situation completely un-professional.
