Dollar General interview questions

My first interview was over the phone with the district manager and it was very typical about policies and procedure. I was given an offer over the phone and asked to come into the store to meet the dm which I did. The dm was very personable and easy to talk to

interview process was pretty informal. Negotiated pay and talked about day to day operations. Definitely didnt share any of the negatives of the job. Lied about benefit package and compensation.
