Dollar General ASM- Assistant Store Manager interview questions

Answered 3 questions and talked with store manager and hired. I have been employed with DG before. Easiest interview ever. Talked about how DG doesnt pay well. Discussed the DM micro managing. Background takes forever. It takes 7 or more days getting paper work in takes forever. And the emails don't always come thru. The app has to be done on a computer not a phone or tablet. You must call and bug managers for interviews. Once you get in its a great job just really picky of their screening process.
