I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Dollar General (Gainesville, GA) in Sep 2024
Interview
I interviewed with the DM first. Then had to wait weeks to interview with the Regional Director who wanted to act like I put a burden on him because he was so busy and I I "must have gotten lost in the process". Between the DM and RD interview I was also called and interviewed over the phone by one of their recruiters and was offered a position immediately then had it retracted afterwards.

Interview
The typical interview process is very informal by the end of the interview. Almost desperate for recruits, which at the time seemed very concerning.
