Dollar General Cashier/Sales Associate interview questions

I had to wait while she had a cigarette. I was there on time. She told me it would be a few minutes. Then she went out front of the store.

It took a while to hear back from Dollar General but once I did hear back it went pretty fast. The interview went really good. I was interviewing for a cashier position and she told me she wanted to hire me to be Lead Cashier/Key holder with a higher pay grade and full time. I just couldn't pass a background check to be able to work there. She was very understanding about my situation and really nice.
