The interview was very standard. Day to day at your current role, what to expect at this boutique ect. What was concerning was salary and compensation was not discussed. I brought up the salary on the first and second interviews. Was told that they did not want to discuss until they find the right person but that they were very competitive. Unfortunately, the offer I received on the third interview was not as competitive as they eluded to. The role was to be in control of all BOH operations, inventory, online fulfillment etc. Essentially an operation manager's role. The rate offered was less than some associate roles at smaller fashion boutiques. Pretty disappointed. Politely declined.
