Just be yourself! They love someone with a bright and bubbly personality. You have to show that the guest will be your number one priority along with following protocol and guidelines. First was given a web-based interview online which shows them your personality. Second interview was over the phone or online (you can pick). This is where you can provide some examples of how you helped others and how you are perfect for this job.

They call you if you pass the online questionnaire. They mostly want people who are available most of the week, including nights and weekends. If you have limited availability at first, even if it’s 20hours a week, you’re probably not going to get past the initial application. I suggest being fully available and then lowering the availability once you’re hired.
