Disneyland Resort interview questions

Lots of "tell me about a time" questions. Know the company culture and expectations prior to interview. Be mindful of language during the interview, don't use any slang. I was asked what my 3 top position preferences were. I told them Stores, Food Service and Attractions.

I first did a phone screening then scheduled an in person interview. It was supposed to be a panel of 3 interviewers, but due to last minute meetings it went down to a single interviewer. Said I would hear back for a second interview, but it took several months before there was any updates.
