Panel interview, interesting and fun questions! Interview was on site and I felt that it was a fair evaluation of my experience. I didn't receive any contact after even after follow-up email.

Easy typical interview questions about why you want to work at Disneyland and questions about past customer service experiences. I think they are looking for outgoing and friendly personalities so just have to play that up.
