Disneyland Resort interview questions

First interview is over the phone, second is via zoom (at least when I had mine in 2021) and very friendly interviewers. It was also a fun onboarding experience and everyone in the room during the onboarding had different experiences.

Dress business casual and appear well groomed. You can look up "Disney Look" guidelines online- be sure you are following them for the interview. You'll be interviewed 1 on 1 in an office at the Cast Services building. Parking is easy, just tell the guard you're there to interview. You'll need to pass through security check on the way in so don't bring anything you wouldn't be allowed to have in the park. After the interview they'll have you fill out a form with your availability.
