Easy, just smile and be friendly. Seems like most of my coworkers had a similar experience to where the HR rep is simply looking for someone capable of doing the work and to be friendly towards guests.
No potential evaluation, superficial interview and bad purposal part time... It is something I never expected . Bad payment level for a demanded culinary worker, I expected better for company in this size
