I applied in-person. I interviewed at Disneyland Resort (Anaheim, CA) in Feb 2020
Interview
I applied through a job fair at the Disneyland Resort. It was long and not everyone was given a chance to interview that day, but I was at least able to get the initial questionnaires done. If you're someone they're looking for based on that, the final interview is pretty much just a formality. They'll simply ask about your past experiences and what position you'd like to work in. It's one of the most nerve-wracking, yet exciting experiences I've ever had for an interview!
On the phone interview, then virtually. Customer Service based questions, pretty standard. They will ask what is your preference of lands west side is the best side. Finally how you handle difficult customer service situations.
Very disney oriented, a few safety questions, a couple to get to know your personality. I had applied, gotten the web based interview, proceeded to a phone call interview after 2 weeks. Got the job, was offered a few positions within the resort based off application and conversation. Have been with the company for 7 years now.

Interview
The interviewer was kind and welcoming. She let me know the position I had applied for had the spots already filled but proceeded the interview with me, asking if I would like to proceed with other open positions that best align with my skills. The interviewer provided me with the job description via sharing her screen for the open roles and proceeded the Zoom interview with me for the position.
