In person interview and over the phone as well. They both asked about the same questions. They are required to use companies interview questions provided by hr. They never got back to me with a decline email or any followup even though I reached out.

Talent recruiter first contacted me via LinkedIn, 5 total interviews with three 45-minute video interviews with hiring manager and peers. Was told it would be a couple weeks after last interview for the hiring decision. After 4 weeks, received a non-personalized decline email.
