Unpleasant, felt unheard and uninterested. They will not hire you even if you do not need a visa unless you are a permanent resident. Regardless of what you bring to the table
If you applying and interviewing for risk management roles, be prepared for a unpleasant recruitment process.
1. Recruitment touch base and responsiveness is the worst. It’s one recruiter I dealt with twice now. Does not treat you as an external client, nor upholding high standards, no not here.
2. Interview panel of 4 managers and in two days should be changed to 2 interviews for all candidates and or those that move on to the next round with the 2 additional managers. There is no need to interview with 4 managers in two back to back days with not much flexibility. Should be spread out from one week to another and again only with candidates that move to the next round. No need to put them all through this. It about 5 hrs worth of interviews for one role. Only 2 folks should move and meet with all managers, not the initial pool.
3. Feedback to the final interviews should be via phone, not an email decline at 3 am on a weekend. I received mine at 2;53 am, should be during M-F working hours allowing the candidate to respond and receive timely feedback via phone, especially that they have invested 5 hrs in to this process.

Process Improvement question and new idea generation
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Discover (Atlanta, GA) in Oct 2021
Interview
There were three rounds of interviews. Most of the questions were behavioral questions. It also included a case study which overall covered basic calculations from accounting. Overall an easy process and a very casual setting.
