I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Discover in May 2021
Interview
Long and weak communication during the interview process.
Completed a Pymetrics test in March, and after one and a half months, had the first phone interview scheduled at the end of May.
During the interview, they seem like they don't want to listen to you and don't add up to communication.
Got an automated rejection mail two days after the interview.

Question 1
How competent are you in Java, Python, SQL, Tableau, Excel, and R? Grade them on a scale of one to five.
The process was pretty seamless and it was not overwhelming at all like some of my previous experiences were. The person that I spoke with detailed the entire flow from beginning to end and I am hopeful of my chances moving forward.
