I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Discover in Jun 2010
Interview
Two day interview process at the corporate HQ. They paid for travel expenses. Consisted of a company tour and then interviews with several possible team leaders. The leadership not only is the manager but also knows the work the employees do which was a huge plus. Same group of people asked general behavioral questions as well as technical questions.
Knew within a month if I was accepted. Far as I was informed, they only hired from the internship pool, which I was a part of at that time, and do very, very few external hires.
Best interview process I ever had in the Chicagoland area.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Discover (New Albany, OH) in Jul 2011
Interview
It was a long drawn out process with several interviews along the way including a phone interview. It took more calls with the recruiter that necessary. The office is very laid back and casual dress days. Everyone I meet in the company is overly nice and welcoming. The people who work at Discover are what makes the company great.

Question 1
What do you consider your most positive strengths?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Discover (Riverwoods, IL) in Mar 2012
Interview
Interviewed with 5 people, thought I was a shoe-in, but didn't get offer. Not sure why, For the first time I thought all of my background worked for the position, There were 3 finalists, including me. Someone must have had some serious game. The bosses were working mothers, and maybe that is what they relate to - I couldn't be a working mother if I tried, being a male. Very convoluted reporting hierarchy, and a growing organization, so they are trying to keep up,
