I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Discover (Riverwood, KY) in Oct 2019
Interview
I interviewed for an IT job. Had a talk with an HR recruiter, who was great. Then had a voice interview over WebEx. The IT supervisor kept saying things like 'the person we'll hire for this role HE'll be...' Very clear from the start of the conversation there was zero chance of me getting a position there, despite me having more years of experience than was required (entry level, I had 3 years experience, some related). As I am a woman in IT, it was unclear to me why they called me in the first place if the only type of candidate they were willing to consider was male.

Question 1
Is the software you work on web facing or use facing?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Discover in Feb 2020
Interview
First, the recruiter contacts you and has about 15 min interview to see what your background is. After that, the Hiring Manager would have about 30min of the phone interview. After two weeks of that, I had scheduled an onsite interview with four different people. One of them was the hiring manager, a manager from different department and the rest of them was senior engineers from the same hiring department.

Interview
It was smooth and regular interview process, but was cheated in terms of role term and level, and hopefully it can be made up later. People who did this should take his responsibility
