Interview
I loved the actual interview process, but they took a really long time to get back to me (~3 months) after the final interview only to tell me that I was rejected. I did however enjoy the interview process and felt the staff there were competent.

If a distribution has a long right tail, then generally, is the mean or media higher?
They also had a "mini" case study where they were piloting a credit card program, and it was my job on the spot to determine whether they could offer the rewards program.
