Very interactive; they had asked questions related to my experience and tries to link my experience with the job roles and responsibilities. Overall it was a good experience. No technical questions asked.

Went through multiple rounds of interviews and reached the final stage and was told they would go ahead and make an offer.
After that , for couple of months they kept changing their minds/ role / timing .
In the end, I was just ghosted
Steer clear away. Diageo is not professional nor respectful nor transparent

Only one interview right before Christmas.
HR was no well organized since they weren't able to provide the job description that wasn't available anymore on the career website (I had asked 3 times). They provided a wrong CV to the person interviewing me, and did not forward it later when I provided them (again) with the correct CV. No communication from HR after this, only received a generic answer telling me they chose another candidate 1 month later.
The interviewer was the direct manager and asked the regular questions about the position challenges and some relevant questions about my career.
Interview = 9/10
Process with HR = 1/10
