Interview
You get timed pymetrics gamines for the first round of assessment which they tell you can be done on mobile but the user experience is crappy. I also don't like how they say there is no right or wrong answer, that it's just a fun game.

Question 1
You've won the lottery and gotten $10. Your colleague has $5. How much would you give them? Do you think the transaction was fair?
Received an immediate automatic rejection after completing the Pymetrics games. I find it hard to believe that someone could be rejected based of the games, and if you can see there's not a fit based on the CV don't make people waste their time on doing these evaluations if there's not a fit.

Interview was conducted in stages and notification was prompt for subsequent stages

Last stage was tough because we were 4 and they were only looking for hire one person

Interview
There were multiple rounds of interviews with people, some remote and some in person. Flexible on this if requested, HR were helpful through out which was really positive and something that made it less stressful.
