First there was a short phone interview, then a 45 min. online test, then finally an hour-long in-person interview. There were two people, the team leader and a coworker. It was obvious that the latter one wished she was somewhere else, yet the interview was fairly easygoing and light-hearted. I never heard back from them which I found weird and at least a thanks but no email would have been nice after three stages completed.
