Virtual HireVue interview followed by a Zoom interview with the hiring manager(s) and an assignment to present during the next interview with the same hiring manager(s). They restructured in the middle of the 2nd and 3rd interview and offered an alternative role, then gave a month long wait before telling me the original role was being offered but fixed-term instead of permanent. The people seemed great but the recruitment process was long and confusing

Straightforward and clear pathway. One technical interviewer and one HR interviewed me for an hour. Pyschometric testing / profile was used from a previous application in the company. Offer was given in a short space of time post interview.
