I went through three interview stages which I feel is quite excessive for a basic role such as this, I got through the first and second interview stage and progressed on to the final interview stage. I was asked the same questions at each stage so again, three interview stages for this role is extremely pointless. After the final stage interview I was told the next day that I was unsuccessful which is fine. However my issue is the courtesy of Dexters which gave me a complete negative outlook on the company and I am now glad I did not get the job offer as I can now see this is not the company I would like to work for. After taking my time and going to so much effort; taking time off work etc to attend all of these interviews and showing such interest in the company, I get a call from a lady in recruitment team who I have never liaised with before (the lady I'd been in contact with throughout the whole process didn't bother to contact me on this occasion as she clearly didn't want to deliver the bad news). All I got was 'unfortunately we will not be progressing with your application'. No explanation or feedback which I felt was the least I deserved after all the time and effort I had put in. Going through three different interview stages over a course of three weeks just to simply be told 'unfortunately we will not be progressing with your application' is just not good enough. This has led me to believe all the negative staff reviews which states that Dexters do not care about their staff as they have clearly shown they also do not care about candidate's time and effort.
