Dexcom interview questions

Standard interviews with hiring manager, dept leadership, peers. Not stressful but plenty of questions designed to test knowledge of important details. Throughout the process, everyone was friendly and professional, and staff were responsive to my questions in a timely manner and also very transparent about what would happen next (like background check, etc).

Typical - phone interview followed by on-site panel interview. The phone interview reviewed my resume, and covered skills, education, work history. The panel interview was a little strange, because the same question about dealing with a strong personality kept coming up. Apparently there was someone on staff that they all felt was a jerk.
