An initial phone screen with recruiter followed by multiple one on ones with various managers and directors. The one on ones were all done back to back on the same day.

Asking couple questions of previous employment and school projects and incoherent detailed questions that people forget and isn’t possible to answer. Therefore, it is not an interview where they ask what’s your goal and strengths and weaknesses, rather it is a nonsense brief type of interview.
