It appears that the engineering team at Dexcom has become "Indian" where candidates from other cultures or even a certain group will never pass interviews. We might get interviews for the sake of diversity in the candidate pool, but we will never pass. Executive managements needs to investigate this very common pattern. There is an illusion of diversity, but there is not. This group seems to emanate form ex-Motorola/Qualcomm/Intel management and employees. This group knows each other either directly or indirectly. This is a huge network.
