There were a few brief zoom calls and also in person meetings. I had to apply online, then I talked with the Hiring manager. I was then contacted and talked with the recruiter.

Interview
Three rounds of interviews. First interview was very basic getting to know you, others included other sales reps and managers. Knowing the science and information about the company is critical but mostly your willingness and excitement about being a sales rep.
